Laura Majewska and Bartosz Marschallek are passionate about the rich history of the Loire Valley, regional wine, and French cuisine. “We settled in the Land of Kings because it is the only place where we feel at home: the Loire has always been alive – from Roman times, through the heroic deeds of Joan of Arc, the legendary campaigns of Richard the Lionheart, and the influences of the majestic Eleanor of Aquitaine.

Here, in the shadow of fairy-tale castles and Renaissance residences, was once the home of the Kings of France, before their court moved to Paris. The ever-present figure of Catherine de’ Medici, who still fascinates with her elusive spirit, infused this region with a Renaissance atmosphere that can still be admired today,” emphasizes Bartosz.

“Vibrant markets, picturesque towns, houses carved into the rocks, the morning scent of fresh greenery, and a gentle, almost idyllic climate create a landscape full of charm and harmony. It is a true gift of fate that we can still experience this exceptional land every day,” summarizes Laura.
